While many of you have used this feature within Knowledge, we’ve extended its capabilities and given it a place on the sidebar menu.

Easily Make Keyword Lists for your Team

In addition to making the Glossary a key feature, we’ve also upgraded how it works within Knowledge.

You can now embed an entire list of Glossary terms into a knowledge document. This makes creating a keyword list for new staff very easy.

Just tag all the words in your glossary with “keyword” and add that to your Knowledge document (this help doc shows you how)

You could do this for all major areas of your organization, such as:

  • Basic keywords for all staff

  • Finance keyword list

  • Marketing keyword list

  • Selling keyword list

  • Security keyword list

  • And so on….

Share Your Knowledge with Anyone

Our recently launched Knowledge feature, with built-in glossary, now has another added benefit - the Guest feature.

This allows you to easily and securely share your Knowledge Items with people outside your organization. 

People such as contractors and service providers aren’t usually given access to MetaPulse, yet they really are part of your Org Chart. 

To avoid the hassles of providing access to such roles, we’ve created the Guest feature, which gives them access only to the policies and procedures they need.

Guests can complete study assignments too!

Train New Recruits

In addition to providing access to non-employee roles, the Guest feature can also be used to train new recruits on key policies and procedures you want them to study and acknowledge before you give them full access to MetaPulse. 

For those who successfully complete the required training, you can easily promote them to a Member with their own graphs and post them on the Org Chart.

Advanced Math Functions are here!

Our popular Calculated Graph feature has had an upgrade!

Now you can use the following functions within graph formulas:

  • Max(Graph1, Graph2, etc)

  • Min(Graph1, Graph2, etc)

Here’s how they work:

Let’s say you want to track and reward the Highest Sales for the month.

To do that, you compare all sales graphs. Using the Max() function, the graph will automatically calculate the highest sales for that period. Keep in mind, you can include two or more graphs within the formula.

Click on the Data Point to view the details and easily see who achieved the highest sales among your team.

The Min() function works in the same way but will return the lowest value from a list of graphs. You can include two or more graphs within the formula.

Another example of how you could use this feature is tracking a support statistic. You could track the fastest time to reply to support tickets or client queries. Conversely, you could track the slowest time, allowing you to drill into the detail of which support personnel need more training so you can improve company service and profitability.
