Current Opportunities

Operation Director

Duties:

  • Oversees daily operations and expansion of proprietary software as a service business.

  • Position requires travel of 2 to 3 days, 4 to 6 times per year, to undetermined client locations throughout the continental U.S. 

Requirements:

  • At least 24 months experience as a business manager, overseeing and directing business expansion by at least five-fold, including developing and implementing strategies and internal controls to achieve and manage the targeted growth.

Customer Support

Duties:

  • Help our clients and prospects with their enquiries

  • Provide guidance and solutions to support issues

  • Create and maintain support documentation.

  • Help onboard new clients

Requirements:

  • Understanding and experience with computers and online apps

  • Strong verbal and written communications

  • Excellent time management and organization skills

  • Superior customer service skills

  • Strong collaborative and team work skills

  • Ability to work with minimal supervision (work from home)

  • Strong English translation skills if not an English native speaker.
