Duties include:
Help our clients and prospects with their enquiries.
Provide guidance and solutions to support issues.
Create and maintain support documentation.
Help onboard new clients.
Requirements:
Excellent understanding and experience with computers and online software as a service applications.
Strong verbal and written communications.
Excellent time management and organization skills.
Superior customer service skills.
Strong collaborative and team work skills.
Ability to work with minimal supervision (work from home).
Strong English translation skills if not an English native speaker.
