As mentioned in our article on Growth Management, tracking major events in your business and providing a way for your team to report issues is vital to the ongoing success of your business.
In that light, we’re thrilled to announce after almost a year of developing and testing—Events and Reports are now live!
Here’s how they work:
Events
Envisage automatically records key changes in your organisation, such as new hires, highest ever results and more. Plus you can create custom events so you can always look back and know what happened, when it happened and most importantly, why it happened.
With Events, you can look back at your statistics and find out why they went up or down, eliminating rumor and guesswork.

Reports
The best way to avoid rumour, hearsay and gossip in your organisation is to get all reports in writing for evaluation against statistics. Providing a simple channel to identify positive and negative influences throughout the organisation enables you to respond fast. With reports, every team member has a tool to rectify any situation in the organisation, no matter their role.
