Org Chart: Temporary Post Feature
As an organization grows and changes, a person sometimes needs to take on a role that is not part of their usual duties.
Often these extra duties do not require a full-time employee, but still need to be assigned to someone.
That’s why we created the Temporary Post.
Here’s how it works...
We’ve added the ability to assign a post as “Permanent” or “Temporary” as shown below.
The Temporary Post feature can also be used for temporary staff who are hired for a brief period of time.
